Please let me know in advanced by booking an infill if you currently have acrylic already applied to the natural nail. The same applies if you are in need off a soak off!

I do not work off of other people’s work and I won’t soak off foreign work either. Please come to appointments with no nails on, or nails done previously by me which I can then soak off or infill.

Getting a soak-off pre-appointment using the add-ons has an automatic £5 off!

If the appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the appointment, a no show fee of £15 will be charged.

If running late:

• a 10 minute grace period will be allowed if you are running late to an appointment.

• After 10 minutes, a £5 late fee will be charged.

• After 20 minutes, a no show fee of £15 will be charged and the appointment will be cancelled.

If your nails are seriously damaged, I will refuse service and charge a no show fee of £15. Please do not book an appointment if your nails are lifting from the natural nail bed or you have multiple scars near to your nails until healed.

When booking, you can choose to pay later. The no show charges will still apply if this option is made. If you pay in full before appointment and do not show up, without 48 hours of notice the appointment will not be refunded.

Do not bring a plus 1 or children to appointment unless you have previously contacted me and I have approved.

I have both dogs and cats. They are harmless and won’t interfere with appointment however if you are allergic, please do not book!

Please refer to the Size Chart and Art Tier List when booking acrylic extension’s. You can find this on the home page or on my social platforms.

Please choose the correct size and nail art in order to have the right amount of time given for your appointment.

Can’t find a suitable appointment for you? Contact me and I will try my best to fit you in out of working hours. Out of hours may have an additional charge which I will pre-warn you about, depending on the time or day.

Aftercare

Always be careful with your nail enhancements

Avoid products including alcohol and mineral oil as this can cause enhancements to lift and break quickly.

Try not to pick at or bite extensions.

Wear gloves when washing up, gardening, or other at-home chores when possible.

Apply cuticle oil daily. Cuticle oil can be purchased from your appointment.

PLEASE do not rip off your nails! If your nails start to break or you just want them off, please book a soak-off with me. Ripping off extensions will damage the natural nail. If natural nail is damaged, depending on the condition, I may refuse service until the nail is healed.
